voluntary and community organisations across East Lindsey.
- to assist in the development of new groups.

- to work in partnership with other lead organisations, East
Lindsey District Council and Lincolnshire County Council, local
businesses, training agencies and health organisations.
- VAEL can and does act as a channel for local issues to be addressed
and local voluntary organisations to be represented.
We can provide
- information on local services across the district, using our
newsletter, this web site, e-mail, direct one-to-one meetings,
telephone enquiries, bulletins and other materials.
- training to meet the needs of individuals as well as community
groups and organisations.
- support with funding advice, applications for funding processes,
constitutions, setting up of new organisations.
- volunteer services, including the recruitment and placement
of volunteers, advice on good practice, policies and CRB checks
- network meetings, where groups can come together to air concerns,
express views on local and strategic matters, and where guest
speakers highlight their organisations’ services and offer
advice.
• direct services, such as mail outs, room hire, window
space hire, photocopying, laminating, production of publicity
materials, payroll service
- projects providing services directly to vulnerable individuals
and groups e.g. The Skegness & Spilsby Voluntary Car Scheme
