Hygiene & Food Safety

Food Hygiene courses cover
all aspects of the Food Hygiene Act 1990. It includes the legal obligations
and penalties which are placed on employers and employees, the importance of
HACCP, personal hygiene, food poisoning, stock control, food storage, pests
and pets etc, and is designed for any person who handles food as part of
their job.
Candidates receive a

Aid) regulations 1981 places a responsibility on employers to provide
adequate cover for first aid at work regardless of the number of employees.
This First Aid course is
designed to provide the basic knowledge and understanding of first aid.
There is a practical
element to this course.

organisation.

Appointed Person
