Volunteering

Voluntary Action East Lindsey is a focal point for the recruitment of volunteers across the district.

From our main office and access points across East Lindsey, our staff can offer

  • Help, advice and support with the recruitment of volunteers
  • Match the skills and needs of volunteers to the requirements of organisations wishing to utilise volunteers
  • Provide training, information, advice and support to volunteers and organisations with placements for volunteers
  • Provide information and polices on volunteers and best practices

If you would like to enhance your skills, meet new friends, have a little spare time that you would like to put to good use, help others, are wanting to be involved with your community, then VAEL is here to help you to help others.
Our Volunteering staff now operate in:

Mablethorpe: (at the Boatshed, Victoria Road) every Monday & Wednesday 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.)

Wragby: ( The Resource Centre, Old Grammar School Way) Mondays 10.00a.m. - 12 noon

Louth: (Louth Library, Northgate)  Fridays 9.0a.m. - 1.0p.m.

Alford: (The Library, South Market Place) Tuesdays 10 a.m. – 12 noon

Spilsby: (VAEL office, 10 Queen Street) Fridays 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Skegness: (Skegness Library, Roman Bank) Thursdays 9:00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.

We will shortly be visiting Coningsby, Horncastle and Woodhall Spa. More details to follow.
